They gained hands-on experience with tools such as the robotic arm, hydraulic trainer, and electrical machine tutor, which deepened their practical understanding and widened their technical perspective. This experience is expected to have a lasting impact on classroom teaching at JEC. The trained faculty members will now be able to adopt improved teaching methods and integrate more industry-based learning into their lectures, making education more practical and application-oriented for students.
