“Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Campaign" - 25 October 2025
Under the “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar” (Healthy Women, Empowered Family) campaign, the Department of Health, Jabalpur, organised the “Shakti Sanskar – Rakta Alpata ka Sanhar Abhiyan” at Jabalpur Engineering College on October 25, 2025. On this occasion, around 200 female students participated and underwent haemoglobin testing, spreading awareness about women’s health and the prevention of anaemia. The initiative encouraged young women to take charge of their health and understand the importance of regular checkups and nutrition for a better and stronger future.
The program was successfully conducted with the dedicated support of the Health Department officials, the college’s coordinator, Dr. Shilpa Saxena,(Dean, Students' Welfare) and the Principal, Dr. Rajeev Chandak, whose guidance ensured active participation and smooth execution of the event. Their collective efforts reflected genuine care and deep concern for the well-being of young women. The initiative served as a heartfelt reminder that a healthy woman builds a healthy family and a strong society. It stood as a beautiful example of how compassion, awareness, and collaboration between educational institutions and health organisations can nurture a healthier, more empowered generation of women.
